Ajarn Patana – Encounter with a Living Buddha. 6 Years till now.

Ajarn Patana – Encounter with a Living Buddha. The Phenomenon of Practice. (Meditation with Nam Man Prai .)

I was given instructions to meditate with the Nam Man Prai on every full moon and new moon day of each month for 15 minutes each time, and I was asked to remember my promise to help any unfortunate people that I came across in my life.  “Simply know what you want, and meditate on every full moon and new moon with the NMP amulet in both your hands. You will naturally know the right thing to do as the spirit of Nam Man Prai guides your life. Ask for nothing, but simply know your desires, yet without desires, and allow the higher spirit of holy Nam Man Prai guide you.” said Master.

“Ask for nothing, but simply know your desires and yet without desires”

It sounds simple and yet the hardest practice ever. It took me 6 months to know how to truly practice this.

No other master has kept their teachings so simple and yet with great effectiveness like Master Patana’s.

To ask for nothing. Simply know what you want – Yet without desire.
This method was indeed the fastest path that has allowed me to experience so much phenomenon in my life with my Nam Man Prai spirit.
Even a glimpse of spiritual awakening had happened. Simply through this practice.
